A: Go to the claims assignment page, click on the category of claim that you have, and fill out the form. Someone from DMA will get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your information.

A: Yes we have a Special Investigations Unit (SIU) that handles any fraud or suspected fraud situations.

A: We have provided independent adjuster services since 1979, with 42 offices in 16 states. We also provide third party administration services for property and casualty insurance lines, for insurance carriers, Managing General Agents, corporations with self-insured retensions, and public entities. Total Loss Express is a new service that allows you to outsource total losses. Our Subrogation service can increase the amount of your recovery dollars and put that money back on your bottom line. Claims Overflow allows you to outsource excess claims (for life of claim) for a low flat fee. It is a cost effective alternative to hiring temps.
